Adam Stocker has always been a person of pride and conviction. He carries himself in a manner as such to be the best possible husband father and friend that any man would strive to be. That pride however can sometimes turn against him. And we unfortunately seen that rear its ugly head during his first season in the Madden Quarantine Bowl League.
Growing up, I witnessed first hand Adam's passion towards video gaming. More often than not on a Friday night we would literally have to drag away from his computer and World of Warcraft game to get him to go out and socialize. He would go on weekend meetups with his WOW buddies to events that we could only imagine were chock full of dorky incells.
When Adam finally got the call to join the Madden league he did so thinking he would step onto the playing field and dominate like he has in most arenas of his life. Sadly, he was slapped in the face after being beaten in week 1 by a CPU opponent. Since then, he has struggled to find his identity on and off the field.
As the season has progressed, Stocker has had more downs than ups. However, I know given his heart of a lion that this is only a baby step towards what could be a very prosperous career in the Quarantine Bowl.
